My Thoughts:

I loved it! This wasn't a predictable love story, which is a nice change. I love romance and even when I have it figured out from the beginning, but sometimes it is nice to have a few surprises along the way. There were twists and turns through out this one, that's for sure! Love was never easy for Becca and Hunter. These were two characters that grabbed a hold of you heart strings from the moment you started the story, all the way to the end. There was tragedy, love, drama, and mystery all rolled into one story.

Nikki Lynn Barrett is a talented writer. Her scenes are descriptive and left me feeling like I was there. If she is a new to you author, I think this is a great book to pick up and check her out. And at the introductory price (99 cents - limited time) of this story, you're getting a good book at a steal.

Oh, and now I need to hunt the author down and demand to know when the next book will be written and ready for reading!
